Single sessions are a beautiful way to begin exploring and crafting a more conscious relationship with your phone and devices. During your session we will explore what you uniquely desire support with, and how to bring that to fruition. You will receive customized coaching, education, practices, tools, resources and rituals to aid you on your path toward a more aligned relationship with technology.

Packages are best suited if you have a deep calling in your heart ~ a burning desire to craft a completely new way with your phone and devices. You will excel with a package if you have specific areas that you would like consistent support and accountability with, and you desire a hand-crafted curriculum to help you achieve your goals. Please know that at this level of support, the work we will be doing together will transform mind, body and spirit as we untangle from the addictive grasp of our devices in an intimate, fierce and irreversible way. Each session will build upon itself, offering unique coaching, education, guidance, tools, practices, rituals and meditations to bring beauty and alignment into your relationship with technology.
